E-commerce/ Payment Systems

An online application or connected system that enables the purchase of travel product directly on a website, often by some form of shopping basket or booking form. Payment is generally made through the collection and processing of Credit Card details connected to a payment gateway such as Datacash, Worldpay, Secpay and Paypal to transfer funds to the supplier from the consumer’s account.
