WorldTicket is the developer of Sell-More-Seats®, a sales and reservation platform for regional airlines. We deliver flexible solutions with a high level of functionality in a user-friendly interface that is easy to implement.

In 2012 we are launching the 4th generation of our solution with strong enhancements on our web and mobile platform, revenue management module and additional revenue generating products.

We offer 24/7 online support in several time zones, short implementation times and a fully transparent pricing model with pay-per-use only. 

WorldTicket is headquartered in Copenhagen, and with support and development offices in Ukraine, Lithuania and Beijing. We currently have more than 30 customers in Europe, Africa and Australia.

 

Sell-More-Seats®

WorldTicket has developed the solution Sell-More-Seats® (SMS), a sales and reservation platform for regional airlines. From January 2012 we are launching and implementing our customers with the 4th generation of Sell-More-Seats®.

Thousands of development hours and industry knowledge come before this new generation. And as always we have developed a solution with a high level of flexibility and advanced functionality that is still user-friendly and easy to implement. Sell-More-Seats® is full of features and functionalities that are designed to help airlines increase revenue, optimize their business processes and pursue new business challenges when they appear.

With Sell-More-Seats® you get

We give provide the airline with both direct sale through their website and the sales agent module in SMS, as well as indirect sale through the GDS on type A connectivity. With full control of the multiple sales channels, the airline can make the combination that suits their specific business model.

All this is delivered to you at extremely short implementation times, addressing the time to market challenges most of our new airline customers have.

Our pricing model is simple. There is NO implementation fee and you only pay for the actual bookings made through Sell-More-Seats®.

 

FlexFlight Sub-Hosting®

With FlexFlight Sub-Hosting® we have made a solution making it possible for airlines that do not have a two letter code or start-up airlines that are still in the process of getting a code to be for sale in the GDS in less than 3 weeks after starting up the implementation. This set-up can be used either on a permanent basis e.g. by virtual airlines or on a temporary basis until an airline acquires their own code, and has implemented the links to the GDS.

WorldTicket has made a partnership with the Danish regional airline FlexFlight and acquired the right to sub-host airlines on the FlexFlight two-letter code W2. WorldTicket is the supplier of the technical sales platform while FlexFlight (W2) is a commercial airline entity that through an industry standard interline code share enables the GDS sales.  

The sub-hosted airline enters a code share agreement with W2 and thereby gets access to the GDS via that connection that is already established and the airline will be available for sale and displayed in the GDS as W2 and IATA accounting code 365. Since the connection to the GDS for W2 is already established the lead time to be ready for sale in the GDS is extremely short.

 

The airline has full flexibility to either use FlexFlight sub-Hosting® on a permanent or temporary basis. Virtual airlines that do not have a two letter code can be sub-hosted permanently and be independent of the booking solution of the operating carrier. Start-up airlines that are in the process of getting their own IATA code or airlines that are waiting for a time slot with the GDS can be sub-hosted temporarily until they get their two letter or going live with their own GDS connection.

 

WorldTicket Service Packages

Apart from supplying the sales and reservation platform, our customers are also offered several service packages within different areas of their business.

On the technology side, we offer services such as Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and implementation of Google analytics to assist our customers in increasing their presence on the internet. We also perform platform upgrades and custom-made development for website.

We have also put together special services packages for additional training in Sell-More-Seats®, Wordpress, CMS and GDS related services. We also offer temp support for customer service and call center service, e.g. during a period of shortage on staff etc.

On finance we have service packages for e.g. revenue accounting, yield management and reconciliation.

Custom made service packages can also be put together for the needs of each specific airline.

All service packages are available for all WorldTicket customers.

 

WorldTicket Customer Conference and Development Partner Programme

Since 2008 WorldTicket has hosted an annual Customer Conference in Copenhagen, where we invite our customers, future potential customers and partners. The event is both a networking opportunity as well as an offer to get first hand introductions to product updates and new features. 

The event has been growing progressively since 2008, and at the last conference in November 2011 a total of 70 people got together for the launch of Sell-More-Seats® 4.0 at a historical theatre in the Centre of Copenhagen.

WorldTicket has also launched the Development Partner programme to provide our customers with a forum to discuss product development. All our customers are offered to become development partners and during the workshops they sit together with the WorldTicket and discuss future product development.

Last workshop was held in connection with our annual customer conference in Copenhagen, November 2011 and here the group discussed their current challenges, the product road map and requests for new features.
