New for 2014


Our plans for TTE 2014 are well underway and any developments and new initiatives are introduced in response to visitor and exhibitor feedback.
 
Introduction of the Advisory Board of travel buyers
  • Working in collaboration with the show team, the Advisory Board, offer their insight to continue to make TTE the ‘must attend’ event for management, marketing and IT teams from travel agents, tour operators, transport providers and OTAs.

A complete overhaul of the three co-located shows’ layout
  • The 2014 layout places Travel Technology Europe at the front of the hall, increasing visibility of the show and exhibitors.

Development of the VIP Programme through investment in the VIP Programme team
  • The team will attract up to 300 highly qualified buyers from across Europe to the event. Each buyer will be vetted to ensure they are a budget holder with the authority to make purchasing decisions.

Pre-scheduled meetings with VIP buyers
  • Buyers in the VIP programme will have to attend a minimum of four pre-scheduled meetings with exhibitors to qualify for VIP status. In addition, prior to the show, exhibitors will be able to use the online meetings system to contact buyers and start building relationships before the doors even open.

Sourcing new international media and trade association partners
  • In Germany, Benelux, Nordics, France and Spain, TTE 2013 saw buyers attend from 52 countries and will work with partners to grow the European audience for 2014.

Highlighting and promoting our exhibitors offering marketing solutions
  • TTE will focus on promoting digital travel marketing solutions via a dedicated marketing campaign and conference programme .

Promoting Business Travel Technology Zone
  • This is an area on the show floor for travel technology suppliers who are targeting buyers from both the leisure and business travel industries.
