Customers online booking survey
As part of of customer service initiative, we recently asked prospective customers to list the main reasons why they had not yet embraced online booking technology. Three statements made up more than 90% of the feedback received from respondents. We have therefore, listed and responded to, some of the common misconceptions heard when considering the purchase and implementation of an online booking engine:
1) It costs too much:
It doesn’t have to be an expensive exercise.
