Gabe Ingalls
Gabe Ingalls is a Vertical Insight Manager at Microsoft.  His
expertise is consumer and market trends within the Travel and Finance Markets with a previous focus in search marketing.  Prior to this he worked as a Senior Search Editor at MIVA/Espotting, joining Microsoft Advertising before the launch of adCenter in 2006. He has an MSc in Social Anthropology from the London School of Economics.

Justin Reid

Justin Reid is currently the Head of Digital and Social Media at VisitBritain.

Justin joined VisitBritain in 1998 at their New York office to roll out the implementation of a new email system as well as IP telephony in their call centres.

After being promoted to Americas Manager of Commercial Services in 2003, he returned to the UK in 2006 to manage the content on all of VisitBritain's 48 global websites. In his current position for the 2 years, Justin has overseen record numbers of visitors to VisitBritain's sites around the world, as well as highest ever repeat visitor rates, highest ever number of page views, visit duration and commercial click throughs. Their social media strategy has seen VisitBritain voted Best Toursist Board on Twitter by the Times Online, as well as being selected by Facebook as an ideal case study for their LoveUK fan page

Simon Jones

Simon Jones is a co founder of Digital Visitor. Leaving a high profile position as Commercial Director for one of the largest visitor attractions in the South West Simon brought a wide range of experience and knowledge to the company.

With a career in the leisure and tourism industry spanning nearly 17 years, Simon has gained experience across a wide range of organisations and spent nearly 8 years with Merlin Entertainments. In addition to this Simon has worked in the Science Centre and the large format film worlds, which included the position of Vice President Theatres for Euromax, the European association for IMAX cinemas.

Simon also worked in several advisory positions and was a board member and marketing advisor to Destination Bristol, the destination management organisation promoting Bristol and has a continued passion for the leisure and tourism industry.
