An m-badge is essentially just a type of barcode that is sent to your mobile phone via text message. M-badges negate the requirement for paper badges to be sent in the post, meaning that to enter The Travel Technology Show, all you will have to remember to bring is your mobile phone.
The m-badge will be delivered in the most suitable format for your phone. This may be as a basic SMS, with no colour branding or may arrive as an MMS (multi media message) or WAP link (web link for mobiles) which will contain the Travel Technology Show logo with the barcode.
When you arrive at the show, all you will need to do is open your m-badge in order to have it scanned. Your name badge will be automatically printed out for you to display. |
