Innovation Award
Now in the fourth year, The TTE Innovation Award celebrates the achievements of the travel technology industry and recognises outstanding innovation.
Award Category:
The following category will be judged:
• TTE Innovation Award
The award celebrates the work of the technology solution providers to the travel industry including Content Management, CRM, ERP, Office Solutions, GDS, Network Infrastructure, Booking Systems and Yield Management.
The award celebrates the work of suppliers to the travel sector including Digital Agencies, Emarketing Companies, On-line Marketing Service providers and Marketing and Distribution Consultancy services.
Judging Criteria:
The award will be judged on the following criteria
Significance - The product, service or solution will have made a significant impact on the improvement of either the travel technology industry or the travel industries customers.
Impact - The product, service or solution will be judged to have made an impact on the Travel industry.
Contribution - The product, service or solution will have made a recognisable positive, preferably measurable, effect on the travel technology industry, and will be an inspiration to other travel suppliers.
Sustainability - The product, service or solution will be judged on its future in the market, and will not be short-lived in its success.
Judging Process:
A committee of senior people involved in the online travel industry from tour operators, travel agents, hotels, the media, travel websites, travel search tools and technology companies will be appointed to review the entries and select a shortlist of 5 entries for each award category.
The shortlisted companies will then be published at www.traveltechnologyeurope.com were the visitors will vote for their favorite in the run up to the 2011 Travel Technology Europe event.

Award Deadline:
The deadline for entries is 10th January 2011
The judges’ and the visitor’s decision is final.
Award Presentation:
The award will be presented at a ceremony to be held at Travel Technology Europe at 4.30pm on the 8th February 2011.
